Consultation on the schedule of modifications
Following the previous hearing sessions and submission of statements the Inspector has detailed changes that are required to make the submitted Core Strategy sound. These changes are included in the schedule of modifications document that can be found on the Core Strategy Examination website www.wigan.gov.uk/CoreStrategyExamination
If you would like to comment on the modifications, you can do so by emailing your comments to email@example.com or by writing to me at the above address. The deadline for these to be received is 5pm Friday 14th June 2013.
Comments should only be made on the modifications themselves. It is therefore not necessary to repeat comments or information submitted through previous representations. The Inspector will take account of all comments received before finalising his report to the Council.
Regional Strategy for the North West
The order to revoke the Regional Strategy for the North West was laid in parliament on 24 April 2013. See Government announcement as follows:
National statistics on the projected number of households to 2021

average annual increase in the number of households of 1,022 between 2011-2021.
